if you are able to offer huge cash like in crores to them,then you can participate......
always it will be for institutions......

Wockhardt Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on November 18, 2009, considered the following matters: (1) Increase in Authorised share capital of the Company from Rs.175 Crores to Rs.925 Crores by creation of 150 crores preference shares of Rs.5/- each and consequential alterations of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. (2) Preferential Issue upto 160 crore Convertible/ Non-convertible redeemable preference shares of Rs.5/- each. (3) Approval of postal ballot notice along with the postal ballot form and calendar of events for obtaining consent of the members of the Company on aforesaid matters through postal ballot"....
