sorry for the wrong gidance..!
For your kind information it is not the equity share which will issued on prefference basis.........

these are prefferential shares of rs 5 each. 150 crs * 5 = 800 crs

the debt /equity will be reduced as these are not considered as debt and at the same time there will not be any impact on EPS (like dilution) right now....

Thanks for reply. Actually previously It has seen QIP rate effects the market rate as seen many scripts....

if you are able to offer huge cash like in crores to them,then you can participate......
always it will be for institutions......
