Wockhardt Limited has submitted to the Exchange Notice of Postal Ballot pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 for passing the following resolutions under section 16, 94, 31, 80, 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 through postal ballot : 1) Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs.175 crores to Rs.925 crores and alteration of clause V of Memorandum of Association of the Company. 2) Alteration of Article 4 of the Articles of Association of the Company. 3) Preferential issue of not more than 160 crores Convertible and/or Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference shares of Rs.5/- each. what is the use to your company from these markets. I said losses on internet charges to the company as you always use it for your personal use and efficiency will not be there from you as a employee. that is also a loss to company. it is gain for you from salaries and stock market. :-)...

Yesterday it was china block that showed strength in Asia. U S Block was subdued Today picture was reversed. A clear indication that no major UP or DOWN is appearently possible in a haste. But the atmosphere of CAUTION stays. People should stay with less exposure above 5000 and make exits whenever they are on profits. Many of us are loosing 10 to 20percent in some stocks and these stocks are not reclimbing even when markets are around 5100 Levels. It is better not to wait and exit at a better achievable price....
