- Board principally agreed on the proposal of buy back of US$ 10 million Foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB) out of own accruals, fresh ECB or other permissible ways, in according to the guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and or any other authorities as may be applicable for the buy back of FCCB....

15 is sure shot target and technically it is a weak stock. AARVEE DENIM has broken down through the floor of the falling trend channel, which signals an even stronger falling rate. The negative development, however, may give rise to short term corrections up from today`s level. The stock has support at rupee 15.00 and resistance at rupee 50.00. Poor liquidity (traded 95% of the days, mean 0.03 mill per day) weakens the analysis. The stock is overall assessed as technically neutral for the long term.
