What is the effect of METRO on Noida Toll Bridge`s Revenue?

I am holding 2000 shares from Rs.22/- (sometimes in 2007). I hope a dividend of 10% will be paid in FY10.
This stock will prove itself as a very steady moving one due to the business model of the company. Profits will be increasing steadily. There is no question of losses till the lease time of 30 years is over. So, during a crash of the market its downside will be very limited. We can hold it for very long time. If you find that it rises by more than 27% in one week then sell 75% of your holdings to rebuy at a lower price and thus earn profits while staying invested. This type of opportunity will be coming at least three times in a year. Hence an intelligent investor can think it as his fixed deposit in a nationalised bank with opportunity at his option coming from time to time to trap a heavy rate of interest on his invested capital....

What is the effect of METRO on Noida Toll Bridge`s Revenue?

totalviewThanks for the response. I agree with the views. However, I feel that Sept`.09 results may be marginally better. I am already having a very sizeable exposure and in fact have cut my exposure recently because of lack of interest in the scrip. However, only thing I expect of the management is to go for a maiden dividend which they have been promising for the last two AGMs. Now company`s cash flow is good and it is in profits with no question on its future, dividend even say 5% should not be a problem !!!!!! ...
What is the effect of METRO on Noida Toll Bridge`s Revenue?

poorfellowIt is a very good company and have a bright future in the long run. But it is better to wait for the results of the Sept/09 Qr. If it does not improve from the June/09 Qr, price may fall to Rs.28/-level. Presently its price is not going up due to disappointing June/09 Qr results where net profit margin has come down. I know the cause of this disappointing result as rollback of a proposed rate-hike in toll, due to some Govt. policies. But nobody have doubts about future increase in turnover of the company. It is because another super-highway is under construction causing all vehicles plying on the same to cross Noida Toll Bridge compulsorily. Further, recent increase in sales of all types of vehicles by manufacturers like Maruti, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Bajaj, Honda etc are some good indications. Hence, you may purchase this share for steady returns and with a long term perspective. If you have patience, you do not have to incur loss. Deciding the time and price of purchase should be your own decision. ...

What is the effect of METRO on Noida Toll Bridge`s Revenue?

The man who is used to driving his car for work is unlikely to be swayed by metro mobility to NOIDA and vice versa.
Marginal travellers may shift to metro travel but this is likely to be neutralised by new car owners opting to take out their vehicles because they perceive roads less crowded. With more flyovers coming all over Delhi, car travel is not that dreaded thing as it was in the past....
