Guesti have 300 shares bought at Rs.115, is it wise to hold this stock for some more time. I could not find this stock being listed on the BSE or NSE for the last 10 days. Please advice...

With reference to earlier annoucement dated June 09, 2009 regarding Book Closure for AGM, MindTree Ltd has now informed BSE that book closure of the Company shall stand changed to the date as stated below due to the Scheme of Amalgamation becoming effective as per the Order passed by the Honorable High Court of Karnataka on June 03, 2009..
"The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company now will remain closed from June 30, 2009 to June 30, 2009 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) & for Amalgamation"....
