MMB MessengerGtl Limited had informed the Exchange regarding a dividend @ 30% (Rs.3.00 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2009 recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on April 22, 2009. The said dividend will be subject to the approval of the shareholders being obtained at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 10, 2009. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed July 20, 2009 as the date of payment of the said dividend....

GTL Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has bagged multiple contracts valued approximately at Rs 324 Crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). The Turnkey contract includes construction, erection, testing and commissioning of sub-transmission lines, distribution lines, power transformers, renovation and modernization works in the State of Maharashtra.
In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release dated May 14, 2009 titled "GTL Limited bags Rs 324 Cr. Order from MSEDCL; Extends its Capabilities to serve Power Utilities"...

But I am working with this company, and GTL has started renovation of its current office.
Also GTL sold its MS & EN department (its NORTEL business)to Equant (equant is a part of Orange Business Services) in sep 2007. ...
