The Company has now informed the Exchange that Ms. B. Chandra, a practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company as a Scrutinizer for ascertaining the requisite majority in a fair and transparent manner in accordance with the Companies (Passing of the Resolutions by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001, as ammended.
