see nse ann. with heading sebi disclosure,see the qty bot or sold n by whom--whether promoters or fii or mf etc, look whether its internal transfer in promoters family menbers(god knows what they gain by doing that)--then decide whether its a genuine buy from promoters///also see daily corpo ann with heading of sebi dicl rule no etc...

Promotors are buying from open market,hence a strong upmove can be seen anytime....
still there is no good news for KNR. there are strong chances for stock to go down further......be cautious...hard luck....
Just buy & forget for one year.Sellers will be losers....

Actually there is no good news.The NP for sept`09 is up only 3% yoy.Please refer to my message dated 27.7.09.Since there is no trigger for the price to go up because of the flat result, the price is coming down breaking the 30 days moving average of Rs 114/-.The 50 days MV is Rs108/-.It is now below this.It will try to come down to its BV of Rs96/-.Meanwhile if there is any fresh order news,then the price will recover.
