Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to take up for consideration the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009 and to publish the same on or before June 30, 2009.
Hence, the Company will not take up for consideration and accordingly will not publish the quarterly un-audited results of the Company for the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2009 in the month of April 2009....

S. Hogg Market), 3rd Floor, Kolkata 700 087 to be designated as the Corporate Office of the Company with effect from February 2, 2009. As required under Section 209 of the Companies Act, 1956, henceforth the Books of Accounts of the Company shall be maintained at the Corporate Office of the Company. However, the Registered Office of the Company shall remain at the earlier address situated at 12/1, Nellie Sengupta Sarani, Kolkata 700 087 and all correspondence as earlier, shall be addressed to the Registered Office only....

Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2009, inter alia, has considered the shifting of the office premises to 19, Nellie Sengupta Sarani (S S Hogg Market), 3rd Floor, Kolkata 700 087 to be designated as the Corporate Office of the Company with effect from February 02, 2009.
However, the Registered Office of the Company shall remain at the earlier address situated at 12/1, Nellie Sengupta Sarani, Kolkata 700 087 and all correspondence as earlier, shall be addressed to the Registered Office only....

Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that due to necessity of more space in view of increase in volume of business, the management of the Company has decided to shift the Office to a most spacy place situated a 19, Nellie Sengupta Sarani, (S.S. Hogg Market), 3rd Floor, Kolkata - 700 087.
In this regard, the Board of Directors of the Company shall meet on January 30, 2009, inter alia, to discuss about the new office premises of the Company to be designated as Corporate Office.

Simplex Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has been awarded from Government of Libya, as Public Works Contract, for execution of 2000 (Two Thousands) housing units, service buildings and related infrastructure on turnkey basis in Ghira, Libya. The total estimated value of the project, is approximately LD 531,300,00 (Five Hindered Thirty One Million and Three Hindered Thousand Libyan Diner Only) (which comes approximately Rupees Two Thousand Crores), which is to be completed within a time span of 36 months.
This is the first overseas project awarded to the Company, which further enhances the order book of the Company....
