HDIL is a better bet among the realty sector stocks. Moreover, it is a Rs 10 face value stock, whereas DLF , Unitec - all are having face value of Re 1 only. It will not only surpass DLF but will break its previous record in a year. Just buy and forget for an year. It will cross Rs 1200....

Always there had been a gap between DLF and HDIL, from when the HDIL given Bonus last time. Since then there was difference in prices of DLF and HDIL. But this difference is narrowing and giving potential that one day prices of HDIL will surpass DLF....

In previous two day HDIL recovered over 40 Rs. Seems it is the best pick in Reality pack....

AS PREDICTED THE NIFTY UP BY 150 INSTEAD OF DOWNSIDE OF 150 TODAY.

So, hold it for medium term.

If the market sustains the same NIFTY levels or goes green, then the rally will continue and you can book some profit for short term.

If the market looses/crashes in a day or two, sell/short it....
