HDIL`s inclusion in MSCI: news was out on Thursday 12/11/09 afternoon & yet, HDIL fell by 9 Rs. on the next day, viz.,Friday 13/11/09. So, what makes you feel that on Monday 16/11/09, HDIL will go to 390-410 levels?...

Note that all real estate sector will correct than other sector, if market will correct 15 - 20% then HDIL will correct more than 50% before the Q1 result, be careful to take long position with any Reality sector...

HDIL is a better bet among the realty sector stocks. Moreover, it is a Rs 10 face value stock, whereas DLF , Unitec - all are having face value of Re 1 only. It will not only surpass DLF but will break its previous record in a year. Just buy and forget for an year. It will cross Rs 1200....
