Time Technoplast Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the proceedings of the Annual General Meeting held on September 19, 2009 as follows : 1) The Audited Balance Sheet as at and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Reports of the Auditors and Directors were unanimously approved and adopted by the shareholders. 2) Approved final Dividend at Re. 0.35 per share, i.e. 35%. 3) Mr. Bharat Vageria & Mr. Sanjaya Kulkarni, Directors of the Company, retiring by rotation and being eligible were unanimously re-appointed as Directors of the Company. 4) M/s. Raman S. Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants were unanimously re-appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. Further the company has informed that as the business of the meeting having been transacted as per the Notice, the meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair....
