Orbit Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had vide its Prospectus dated March 29, 2007, issued 91 Lacs warrants. The said warrants are due for conversion from the period commencing from the completion of 18th month from the date of allotment i.e. April 03, 2007, of the Equity Shares and Warrants till end of 30th month (i.e. October 03, 2008 - October 05, 2009). Accordingly, the Record Date for the Fourth & Final Conversion of Warrants into Equity Shares will be October 05, 2009. The envelope with the duly filled in Warrant Conversion Form, the copy of delivery instruction slip and the cheque/demand draft will now be accepted by the Company till October 12, 2009. The Warrants not tendered in this Fourth and Final conversion period for conversion into Equity shares shall lapse. Further, the blank warrant conversion forms are available on Companys website www.orbitcorp.com and the Registrar & Transfer Agents website www.intimespectrum.com. All other terms & conditions are as mentioned in the Prospectus dated March 29, 2007....
