mktcap down to 750crs now,, their 80% LSE AIM (alternative investment market) listed Indian film company(TIFC) has NAV of morethan 600crs. they will delist TIFC from LSE and distribute shares freely to shareholders of Network 18.. but the ivestors must wait atleast for 1 year for value unlocking. even the TIFC can trade at a price of morethan 60Rs.....

Network18 is a good pick at @60, in India Holding companies are valued at 50%. Entertainment sector sector outpace any other sector in next 5 years. Long term investor, should at above price and expect a return of 5 times this price in 5 years....
