Generally, in Alu rolling business, the price is based on Fab cost + LME (price at London Metal Exchange) . Lower metal price will be transferred to end-customer. December 08 monthly cash average price is at US$1497/MT.
However, lower LME price will help convertors (viz Ess Dee) to increase their fabrication cost, which is their main profit....
