Parsvanath had given flats in sector 93A in Noida to IAS etc association. These flats are the worst performers even to ATS, Eldeco, or Purvanchal type relatively unknown developers. In fact, the market price of Parsvath Prestige II is less than half per square foot of the ATS flats and the lowest amongst the peers on account of issues with construction and maintenance. What the management will do even if it aspires to be amongst the top of developers. You can`nt keep bluffing if your quality is extremely bad. ...
