Parsvnath has been playing up a very good strategy of divesting the stake in projects by which the overall equity dilution is avoided at the time the required funds for project execution is easily available there by allowing project completion on time.

Also Pradeep Jain has a very good long term strategy of building assets accross hospitality arena, the tie-ups with hotel management groups is a long term strategy for regular revenue generation.
In short term it`s bound to give 160+ and in long term it will surely be a multibagger.
Due to its pan india presence it`s a low risk fundamental buy at this price.
Considering it currently holds more than one sq ft of land accross india.

Did you see HDIL moved from 70 in MAR 09 to 395 today, similarly Parsvnath has risen from 30 to 130 and it has potential for 250 (160 for sure in short term)
