Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on September 16, 2009 for issue and allotment of a total of 77,560 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants, as under:

- 9,470 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 (ESOP 2000).

- 68,090 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006). ...

The best Tech mahindra has done is the take over of fraud hit Satyam, which has started its movement towards its revival and is very good for Tech Mahindra....
