Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2009, inter alia, discussed and approved the following:
1. The Board recommended a dividend of 10% i.e. Re 1/- per equity share having face value of Rs 10/- each.
2. Subject to members approval, the Board also approved utilization of Securities Premium Account to meet Deferred Tax Liability required to be provided in terms of Accounting Standard AS-22 issued by ICAI.
3. The Board has also decided to seek an enabling approval from the members of the Company for raising of long term resources through issue of equity shares and / or securities convertible into equity shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) in one or more tranches through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) and / or issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) / Global Depository Receipt (GDR) / American Depository Receipt (ADR) / Warrants and / or instruments convertible into Equity Shares, optionally or otherwise, in one or more tranches....
