Ltd has informed the Exchange that "The Company made in issue of 3800000 fully Convertible Warrants of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs.136/- per share to its Promoters and Others on preferential basis, as per subject to clause 13.3 and 13.4 of Amendments of SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines. Company received 10% of the total amount from the allottees as application money. However due to recession and fall in the Share Prices in the Stock Market the said warrants were not fully subscribed by the allottees, within the 18 months from the date of the allotment. Hence, as per guidelines the application money that has received by the Company has been forfeited and the said issue was called back"....
also check GEI Ind in same space. With reasonable valuations & gwth plan in cards I expect this company to outperform. Concern is Net proft mgn is 5%....
shiva what u think shd be valuations of a co whose ceps before exceptional items is around 33 rs .exceptional items pertain to writeback of treasury stock of m.fs in 3 rd qtr whose value probly doubled now.Co growing at gr8 pace.Results declared are not consolidated.this co should easily go to 300 rs in yr time frame...
Sensex at 12000 is not practical unless we see bleak monsoon. wht`s ur take on GEI Industrial...
