Dear manju – Yes, most of times things are going as I expected. Actually be frank to say, I too wonder sometimes about my success rate :) I am almost going with the 80-90% success rate.

If you follow my recent posts in the bartronics board you will clearly understood whether it is a speculative stock or not!
Bartronics is a safest bet at the current levels for sure.
One can start accumulating this stock at the current levels with the long term perspective.

We were right. S**Y results, although the Topline couldve been better.
But, I suppose that should shoot up in the next 2 qtrs.

Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, has passed the following enabling resolutions:
(i) Enabling resolution to Issue equity shares through QIP
(ii) Enabling resolution to Issue equity shares / warrants through preferential allotment.
(iii) Enabling resolution to issue FCCBs / GDRs
(iv) Resolution to increase Authorised Share Capital of the Company
(v) Resolution to shift registered office of the company
The Board has also decided to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (E.G.M.) of the Shareholders of the Company on November 30, 2009 to seek their approval for the above items....

Posted by : novinIf you go by the Auditor`s Limited Review REport released yesterday, it is very clear that Profits of Bartronics are overstated to the extent of Rs.17.8 crs on account of unaccounted tax liability. This means that factually this quarter profits would be nil....

Auditor`s report - deferred tax not shown

In the audit for the annual financial statement for 2008-09, the auditors mentioned that deferred tax of about 16 Cr has not been shown.
Again in the audit for Q1 2009, they have mentioned the same thing along with 4 Cr of deferred tax for Q1., taking the total deferred tax to 20 Cr.
My question is - if the deferred tax is already shown in the annual report for 2008-09, how can the same again come in Q1? This way the company has to show deferred tax for each quarter , which will make it 64 Cr for the year. Can someone please explain?
Apart form the deferred tax issue, other small anomalies reported by the auditiors actually increase the EBITDA by about 2 Cr ( they have overstated the expenses!)
Someone plz tell them to hire a good Accountant please....

1) So if there is Furthur Downside in SENSEX - this stock can deep down fast. And if Market goes up - this can Move up Fast.
So at Present Market Level of 16000 Sensex - it is High Beta.
2) UID Project - it is in NEWS and there are few Steps being started - for IT company BID. AS per EconomicTimes, TCS has also BID for UID. So , Great News are there in Near TERM.
