sensex down almost 220 and suzlon up by 2.52 percent its just gr8 can anyone tell me is it abnormal behaviour of the stock or is it going seriously ahead...

the stock without finance statement is a ship without rudder.finance statement islike x-ray for investor to gauge performance of a company.so this one is still like a company in construction just like adani and relpow. why not invest in NTPC and NHPC proven stocks.this one is madly driven by volumes and surprise evry one if continues to mis use money!!!...

sorry I don`t mean any fraud.I expressed openion that it undergoing a restructuring phase in its business.The price is high as there is no clear valuation.Hence i said to watch the stock for some time.sorry if i hurt the feelings!!!...

The stock is headed upwards for now. Hansen stake sale is good for the company balance sheet. Finally Tantri is not running from the company he is doing something to bring the company back from this financial mess....

Do you smell any Satyam type fraud here; I have not gone through, any such report. What has been reported so far is technical problems and financial debt due to large acquisitions but now the company is back on track. Suzlon share is gathering strength day by day, to me it appears, there is going to be a major breakthrough that can take this stock to 150 levels in 3-4 weeks....

repair to damaged financial statement.one should wait for some time to decide wether to go long with company.they are restucturing their financials( messed up) book profits......

just dont care for the analyst. Just buy and hold on. Suzlon can give u 30 to 40 % return in couple of months. I dont think so there is any other investment method or stock which will give u that kind of return consistently. you can buy at current level for a target of 90-92. All analyst are saying market will move upward. Nify will reach 5500. If it happen, then suzlon will also be at 120-140 since it is one of the nifty driver.

Wind turbine major Suzlon Energy on Thursday said it will sell 35 per cent stake in the Belgian company Hansen Transmissions.

Suzlon, which holds a 61 per cent stake in Hansen through its Netherlands-based subsidiary AE-Rotor Holding BV, would sell 35 per cent stake through a book-building process, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Suzlon has appointed BfA Merill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as the managers and joint book-runners for the sale, it added.

The market capitalisation of Hansen stands at around £777 million and the stock closed at 116 pence on the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

On the basis of the current market valuation of Hansen, the sale would fetch Suzlon around £272 million.

In a regulatory filing to the LSE, Hansen said: “in view of the current global economic climate, Suzlon has pro-actively undertaken strategic and financial initiatives to develop a sustainable capital structure.’’
