Hey Guys,

Don`t worry about low promoter holdings. Look at who own share in above 1% holding. JP Morgan is there. Further, promoter is also accumulating shares from open market. See, promoter holding has increased during April-June,09.
The stock may not give returns in line with markets. Current PE multiple is of just 2. Keep the shares for long run....

One of the unresolved mysteries of Indian companies is that why the promoters of some fast growing cos prefer to have a low stake in it (sometimes as low as 5%).Like some popular hotel owners never take food in their own establishments!!

Promoters are holding 1,951,699 i.e. 14.96% out of which 1,350,500 i.e. 69.20% is PLEDGED by them...... Simple!

bse website gives as 69.20 % in share holding for promoters. that is what i see. me not to computer savvy but will try cross checking tmw / wife is still awake / have to off the comp
