Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the unaudited financial results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2009 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2009) that in the Audit Reports on Accounts for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 and for the year ended March 31, 2009, the auditors have made certain observations / qualification.
