Hi,

I am looking for a 3 BHK flat in Olive County (Meriton Group), Vasundhara. I have heard that there is some legal problem in this project. Therefore, the progress is slow on this project. Further, it is a big project so will take longer than a year to complete.

Do you have any idea of the legal complication out there and when is it actually expected to complete.

Should I invest in this project or look for others.

I want to buy a plot (5 kathas) in New Town Rajarhat AA1/AA2 and build a home. Can LICHF help me find a plot, complete the buying process and fund the building of house? If so then pl send me contact details. I do not want independant agents or small time agency but a reputed firm like LICHF go end-to-end on the deal....

Market Price of top Realty stocks like DLF & Unitech are currently 70% lower than their peak in 2007 end. I am planning to buy a house at the end of 2010 and i expect the property prices at that time would be comparatively much higher than what they are now.Should I invest at least 50-60% of the downpayment for house loan (which i would be paying next year) in these realty stock as a hedge .If it is OK please suggest me some good stocks which would not provide hedging but give gud returns.

I want to sell my house for 36 lakhs now.
i have bought the property in 04-05 for 10 lakhs.

I have got the furnishment done for 2 lakhs more on top of it.

what will be the exact capital gains tax value for this transcation....

It is better to invest at Raj Nagar Extension as compared to Crossing Republic. Reasons are as follow :
1. Govt. is developing Raj Nagar Ext as Crossing is being developed by a bunch of builders
2. The base price of Raj nagar ext is lower than crossing. So whenever there is appreciation in real estate the percentage wise Raj Nagar ext will fetch more.

I am living outside India from last one year and plan to come back to India in next 4-5 years. I can spare around 10-12 lakh per year which i want to invest in property in India. My doubt is, Should i go for 45-50 lakh residential property by taking loan of around 35 lakhs(excluding 10-15 down payment) OR should i just invest in small proportions of 10-15 lakh by purchasing land every year without taking any loan.

I would have gone for 45-50 lakh property against loan. However, as i am in UK i wont get tax benefits so i am confused which way to go. Also, I want to know does it make sense to take loan for investment in property in present circumstances? Does ROI on property cover up interest payments in this market?...

I am staying as a tenant in a CHS in South Mumbai. the rent receipt is in my grandmother`s name who expired in 1987. Can i get the tenancy rights transferred in my name or my mother`s name as my father has expired recently. Do i need any NOC from the legal heirs of my grandmother, if so, who will be considered as the legal heirs. Only the sons/daughters of my grandmother who are alive or even the children of those who are not alive. I am quite confused. Can you pls. help me sir?...

No idea about these places. For future propects, Ajmer road will be better. Close to highway like omaxe or in the middle you have felicity estates project....
