With reference to the earlier announcements dated January 30, 2009 & March 26, 2009, HT Media Ltd has now informed BSE that the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India vide letter dated May 15, 2009 have conveyed no-objection, to the transfer of operations of FM Radio license to HT Media Ltd (HTML) by HT Music and Entertainment Company Ltd (HTME), based on the Scheme of Arrangement and Restructuring u/s 391-394 read with Sections 100 to 104 of the Companies Act, 1956 between HTML and HTME (Scheme).
Accordingly, the Scheme has come into effect from May 15, 2009 (Effective Date)....
