You are absolutely right, unless operators now decide to jack up the price bcos of the recent UTV decision to raise 750 crores or the co. really comes up with the expected q2 PAT of 44 crs the share will ultimately collapse with the market on its way down....

UTV Software Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 09, 2009, has approved the following:
1. Subject to approval of members, approved the increase in authorised share capital from Rs. 45 Crores to Rs. 70 Crores.
2. Subject to approval of members, approved the issue of equity shares, debentures whether partly/ fully convertible and/or securities linked to Equity Shares and/or foreign currency convertible bonds convertible into Equity shares or depository receipts (GDRs/ADRs) and/or securities convertible into equity shares at the option of the Company and/or the holder of such securities and/or Equity Shares through depository receipts (GDRs/ADRs) and/or bonds with Share Warrants attached ("Securities"), through a public issue and/or on a private placement basis including allotment to qualified institutional buyers by way of Qualified Institutions Placement in terms of the Chapter VIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 so however that the total amount raised through the aforesaid Securities should not exceed US $ 150,000,000 (United States Dollar One Hundred and fifty Million) (equivalent to about Rs. 750 crores at the current rate of exchange) and the proceeds from this offering would be used by the Company to meet the growth plans in movies, broadcasting and gaming verticals and retire debt.
3. Approved the postal ballot notice to seek the approval of members for the aforesaid purposes. ...
