The Board of Directors have considered and approved the price consideration, which after taking into account, the value of the outstanding receivables on the date of the transfer of the division, to be around US dollar 13 to 15 million. This is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company under section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956, and other approvals as may be required in this regard. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting today also approved the Postal Ballot Notice for approval of the shareholders of the company by Ordinary Resolution under section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956, for transfer, sell and / or dispose off of the companys IT Services division BlueAlly. The Board of Directors have considered and approved the price consideration, which after taking into account, the value of the outstanding receivables on the date of the transfer of the division, to be around US dollar 13 to 15 million. Posted by : HARSHUL(HUF)The stock was really due for some excellent upmove which it also showed for a day when it went up by 16-18%.. but then correction came in.. The results declared by the Company for June`09 quarter were not too good.. and showed losses being EPS -1.8.. This in my view is not a very good signal.. and US econmy is still to recover and affects company`s business very bad.. The only positive side I can talk about the company as of now is (a) Management appears to be fair and disclose the true accounts (even in case of losses).. and (b) the FCCB issue and financial crises of the company appears to be relaxing, as the Company has successfully reached to an agreement with ther FCCB holders.. So dat was otherwise a big negative for the company but now is a big + point & positive.. Though we can not deny the results were still makes the company a loss making company.. Though Promoters direct holding in the company is very less, the Mutual Fund and FIIs have always shown interest in this company.. which is also a good signs.. the Investment by MFs have increased in this company during last months... So How would result be taken by market would depend upon the market.. But in my view, the stock can rally well from these levels, unless the stock fall below 22 levels(which is most crucial support for the stock price).. Best of luck.. ...
