Megasoft Ltd has informed BSE that members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the Ordinary Resolution under Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 for transfer, sale and / or disposal of the Company`s IT Services Division known as `BlueAlly`, by majority.
The transfer of $15 million will be added to the profit margins in the coming quarter...the results will see a huge profit and a surge inthe stock...Accumulate at these levels or Rs.29.50 - 31 for a great return in october....Only for serious investors...

Please read my message on 1st Sep...I bought Megasoft at Rs.33.30 as I beleive in this stock and the reason I recommended this stock.Why would I recommend a stock to investors if I would be selling it at a loss at Rs.27.
