see the volumes and if price and volume both are increasing then wait.if volumes are not catghing up then exit.stock is moving in trading range and breakout is not evident....

This stock has suddenly started looking very attractive.. the stock is getting accumulated.. I m sure, it can not fall below 24 levels in any case.. therefore, accumulate from this price.. I m sure, its good price to `BUY`... Njoy my recommendations.. ...

Megasoft Limited had informed the Exchange regarding the approval of the members for sale / transfer of the company`s IT Services Division operating under the name of `BlueAlly`, pursuant to the postal ballot notice sent to the members on August 19, 2009. Further the Company has now informed that the company has completed the sale / transfer of the above `BlueAlly` division, as approved by the members, w.e.f. 1st October, 2009....

The sale proceeds of Rs.72 crores will be added to the quarter results and then megasoft will suge....I have been recommending this stock to investors and still do so........
