Hi,
This new vernon brought 28L shares last quarter and this is so official from BSE.
CCIL spending good amount on expansion.
U brought 53k for an average of 19 is a really a good bet. CCIL should give good returns in next 2 years.
My Gut feeling about this stock is, patience will be tested and conviction will be rewarded :-)

Hey this New Vernon does not look like FII and seems that they are some sort of reasearch and analyzing firm who do reasearch for their clients.
dunno if they hv bought any shares or may be its people like me who got into it buying almost 53000 at 18.8- 19.40
and this promoter is investing/expensing 130 cr on revamping their rooms/property ; wonder if this amount is more than suficient to completely revamp enitre room inventory they have?
I wish they have not misused this amount.

JM and Fidelity totally exited. Close to 50L shares sold and New vernon saved this counter.
It`s pretty simple now, next three months if nobody sell this stock, CCIL will be surely at 32, assuming there will not be any more HIN1 panic this winter.

Recentry I have received the annual report from CClub. This is the best looking annual report I have seen till now (not number vise but look vise). It is really nicely placed book to go through.
I hope other investors also have received it.
Can we have some more comments on it.

Moving to 35 and 60 is hard, but certainly it will reach 24-28 level soon. they are getting good profit as Tourism is taking u turn. Big company like unitech is giving dividend of 10 paise for their Rs.100 share. Country club announced 20 paise for rs 19 share. good investor return company....
buy buy buy and accumulate, the stocks will move to Rs 35 and then Rs 60...

Don`t disrepute the company. As many have told you earlier, if u have complaints u write to them at the specified e-mail ID. Don`t unnecessarily disrepute a good fundamentally strong company. Its a fantastic stock with great potential to go up to levels of Rs.75 to Rs. 80. Just watch.
