No doubt it has performed miserably in the last year but not so in the previous years unless its books were cooked up. But then they have shown correct losses on account of singapore unit etc. The reserves are quite sufficient for the company to do small acquisitions or expansions. Could someone enlighten reasons for u/c and the prospects....

Posted by : pss5588Total loss of 20.3 crs for the year March 08/09 against total sale of 17.82 crs inclusive of loss on account of singapore unit closure amounting to 7crs. Reserves down to 77.6crs. The next quarter results will show the trend unless management comes out with credible guidance....

They had shown a loss and they ended up in the green after the audits. Secondly, this scrip will breach a target of 25-30 soon. Dont be so circumspect in your thought process....
