it is geting ressitance around 123 levells,once it will clear this level it will easily touch 150+levell....

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2009 granted options to the Employees of the Company and its subsidiary companies under ESOP (2006) scheme under the following terms and conditions:

ESOS - 2006

- Total options granted: 1,00,000
- Ordinary shares covered by options: 1,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each
- Exercise Price: Rs 117/- per option
- Vesting Period:
1. September 15, 2010: 10%
2. September 15, 2011: 20%
3. September 15, 2012: 30%
4. September 15, 2013: 40%

Exercise of options is permitted upto a maximum of 2 years after vesting of the option and shall lapse if not exercised within such period. ...
