The striker (so called on leave)workers should be redsignated as asst. driver,jr. driver, driver,sr. driver act. and worker shuold not be given 5 star injoyment. non ac room is sufficiant for a worker in india. just think pay package 4- 5 lakhs for a worker ?

Dear,
I do agree thar this `Red Flagism` has to discourgaed, but, it soes not mean that what so ever Naresh Goel has done has to be encouraged or is right. The same 2 Pilots and later more Sacked Pilots because of whom the problem started have been taken back. Do you know that ilots can creat hovec for the management while flying also and can cause huge cost to the airline.
Be careful ` NOT TO INVEST IN JET`....

Varner, Hope you must have read the news item regarding the agreement reached by the Airways Management and the striking pilots. I feel that the Management won the battle over the stand that the newly formed union Natinal Aviators Guild be disbanded/dissolved, despite formation of another machinery under the Chief Labour Commisisoner(Central) to look into some grievances. It is a blow to trade unionsim and am surprised as to how the central trade unions are keeping mum. Industry circle (particularly, aviation industry) must be rejoicing at the development in private. ...

The government does not deal with such corporate messes. They only deal in the RIL Gas Distribution mess.
This is such our government is.
Naresh Goel has to sort it out - it is he who has createde this mess, what for?...

Varner, Without going into the merits of your saying that Mr. Naresh Goel has made mess of Jet Airlines etc., I would like to say --

(a) That none whether the Central Govt. OR any other industry head ( whether in airlines or not ) would support your demand now.

(b) That the talks ( conciliation proceedings ) before the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) ( CLC (c) ) of the Central Govt., as per news reports, is at an interesting (yes, at an interesting) stage. The agitating pilots representative made a simple demand that let the CLC (C) appear before the media and ENDORSE the demand of the management for scrapping the new union launched by them. Why the Govt. has not met the simple demand OR taken up the challenge? To my surprise, newspaper reports does not suggest that ANY of the major Central trade unions have come out openly for or against this stand of the agitating pilots. Is politics outweighing the importance of this issue with central trade unions?...

it is Naresh Goel who should be replaced, otherwise this problem is going to take many more days, and inconvenience to general public....

Jet is a Public Limited Company and Naresh Goel has created mess of it.
FIRST - IPO at such a high price.
SECOND - Take-over of Sahara airline with the money collect from public via the high price IPO.
THIRD - Personal fight with Pilots thereby creating inconvenience for the public. Public does not have to take anything if the Pilots for union.

NOW AFTER ALL THIS MESS IT IS
NARESH GOEL
WHO IS TO BE SACKED....
