GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN.
Or let him make a open offer- buy from public and give it to Foreign investor

Posted by : guptaonein jet air.....now they say sale of real estate n eyeing 700 -800 crores in addition to stake sale! for me now it`s sure to be a good bet at rs325 levels atleast with a target of rs360 due to above reasons plus stable crude price below rs mark, plus atf reduction hope plus improving economy? plus infrastructure? plus poor run in share price relative to spice jet n kfa though market leader! now this stock looks good for me to accumulate n every fall by taking token entry at cmp! - gupta....

Posted by : guptaonepromoters sale is expected at rs360 levels n normally market price will be abt 10% lower to such price n cmp of rs325 already looks fully valued! it is better to be sidelines to be in this stock than going long! ofcourse, shorting too not advisable due to huge promoters holding! - gupta....

ET has reported that Jet Airways has sought the permission of FIPB for stake sale to foreign investors. The promoters propose to reduce their holding from 80% to 42 %. The foreign shareholding is proposed to increase fron under 5% to 49%.
The promoters fear that domestic investors have no appetite for the shares of th company. What more can the promoters expect. What loyalty can they claim having made the IPO @ Rs 1100 and the share currently trading at Rs 300....

Posted by : guptaonefrom jet air still at 315 levels! raising n stable crude prices at 70$, spoliled reputation n market share due to strike of pilots, low load factor due to swineflu effect, economic recession should take a toll now! startegy shall be be long in jet air only if it stays above rs324 n if not right entry could be only below rs290/- let us wait n see! - gupta....
