Rolta India Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009:

The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 765.50 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 as compared to Rs 446.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008. Total Income has decreased from Rs 2660.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 to Rs 2556.90 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2009.

The Unaudited Consolidated Results are as follows

The Group has posted a net profit after tax, minority interest & exceptional items of Rs 561.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 as compared to Rs 239.00 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008. Total Income has decreased from Rs 3611.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 to Rs 3604.00 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. ...
