I think, any one from the company should not use this forum for letting insider news go out.That is against the eithics. I suppose market analyses the situations and factors in all risks associated.
In my view this company is into a very niche market and so has a share of its own....

The main reason for Rolta to languish is outdated technology. There have been no new client additions for over an year. They were banking on dept of Sci and tech project to come in but now with chnage of govt there is no chance.
I am working in the company and although I am happy with my job prospects, i can clearly see the management has created an environment of fear. People have been quitely told to leave - sometimes over weekends. This leads to lowering of morale and this shows up in lack of Clients.All the stock fluctuations are manpiulations by management and investment houses.

Posted by : hugujaratiRolta`s management did some dodo some years back.. Hence people are not hoarding the shares of Rolta... however, that is bygone now and Rolta is all set to scale new heights... Keep it with you till it reaches 600 Rs... then there would be a bonus... of 1:1 and enjoi.... sell the bonus shares and keep remaining as FD.. ;-)...
