Posted by : boysiI believe that this stock has moved up sharply in too small period i.e. after mumbai terror attacks. As per my belief that mid cap and small cap will remain out of favour for next 1 to 2 yrs. I recommend to sell it on all rally. Stock has almost doubled from Rs. 50 to Rs. 100 without any significant change in fundamental. My price target in Rs. 50....

Posted by : MMB MessengerZicom Electronic Security Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that: "Pursuant to the authority accorded by the shareholders of the Company, the Compensation Committee of Directors at its meeting held on December 24, 2008 has approved the grant of 226,000 stock options to the eligible employees of the Company and of its subsidiaries as under. (1) Scheme: ESOS 2006, Numner of Employees: 21, Number of shares: 1,37,000. (2) Scheme: ESOS 2007, Numner of Employees: 9, Number of shares: 89,000. The stock options have graded vesting period in accordance with the respective schemes of the Company and employees can exercise accordingly. The exercise price has been fixed based on one days prior closing price of equity shares of the Company on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (being the stock exchange were there was highest trading volume) i.e. Rs.85.00 (on December 23, 2008). Further, a copy of Statement of options under Zicom ESOS 2006 and 2007 shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements). ...
