dont get worried bharti telecom should be converted into bharti artl on merger of bharti-mtn....
i believe because of merger between bharti-mtn bharti telecom shares should be convertd into bhartiartl also it may sooti artin announce dividend as it is going to recv from bharti(already declared rs.2 per share on bhartiartl)so have patience it will lay golden eggs soon....

ther is no exit route once company is delisted you can receive annual report and dividend if decalraed never make mistake by keeping shares of company which is going to be delisted....
What is the exit route for minority share holders. Would they be paid as per the valuation of the Company...

I too hold 100 nos Bharti Telecom Ltd, their flagship company i presume. Why dont they shed few crores to make the poor shareholders happy. BTL is worth over 80,000 crores today and to pay the minority shareholders, they need few crores.
Please let me know if you have any offers received from them or from any brokers entrusted for it
