I sometimes wonder why our leaened friends who talk so much on all channels on TV never discuss such issues where samll investors are genuinly affected. Are all spokesmen of the industrialists. I thinh SEBI should probe such matters and pull up persons like Mr. Sunil Mittal.Even CNBC is quite about this issue WHY????????????????????...
You offer me the best price,...
You offer me the price as i am not aware of the share market, and i dont have much Knowledge about this unlisted share...
I think SEBI should amend the guideline for de-listing price. Currently it is depended average CMP of couple of previous months. Promoters manupulate the price easily and cheat the minority shareholders....
Let them command some respect in the stock market by way of doing justice here for minority share holders and then seen how their other listed arms would perform. This share would have become an infy, had it not been delisted.
Apropose, i quote Mukesh Ambani on RIL bonus issue
"Bonus part of tradition to reward shareholders"
No wonder whatever they (RIL) touch turns out to be gold.
...
is there any broker who can buy this shares i too have 100 shares of Bharti Telecom, and i dont know how to dipose of the same,...
When investor confidence in a group is lost, all is lost....

as to day is 2nd octomber we should start fast opposite sunil mittal residance ^ start gandhi giri to get our price...
SEBI will never touch the issue. Substantial acquisition and delisting is done under the rule of this land. Only the Ministry can step in and do something to pay the minority share holders in ratio to the asset of the Company and not by any other methods beneficial to the promoters.
When the shares of the Company is substantially acquired and the minority share holders have not rights or benefits of the Company, the Company itself should have no right to remain as a Public Limited Company - It is a private company then by all means.

First we should fight for dividend, and all of us must join to file a complaint in SEBI about the unethecal efforts by Mr. Sunil Mittal to acquire the shares from the minority shareholders at throw away price. ...
Dear Brainchild Please make your message clear. Sunil Mittal is not going to give minority shareholders their due. He is one of the richest person because of this only. I think the maatter must be taken on some National Forum like SEBI , or Finance Minister directly. However please keep in touch ....
Bharti telecom minority share holders...
Companies should be forced to buy back minority share holdings at a ratio of current assets. Why minority share holders are made to suffer for chosing to remain with the company by not accepting earlier buy back offers. ...
