Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2009, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ 60% on the paid up share capital of Rs 16,13,94,272/- (i.e. Rs 1.20/- per equity share of Rs 2/- each) for the Financial Year 2008-09, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting....

u can look for averaging it.. i dnt think it`ll fall much from this level.. but if the market goes south it`ll also follow the same...

it has to break levels of 125-130 before going to 150 or 160 but down ward risk is more if it breaks 105 levels, then chances of making new low also possible. holding 500@155....

As per my information, Dishman should go above 125 but it is trading at 111+ now. Any news or idea if it can reach 130 in 1-2 days?
