this stock has not moved since last 2 months.it just corrects when the markets are down and remains steady when the markets are up if markets starts falling it will surely come to rs 20 from where it started sell if u r not stuck in this stock by purchasing at higher rates....

There is no impact to Ajmera shareholders from the Essar deal. These are seperate companies after demerger....

Considering the value of the deal i.e. Essar paying 600 Crores for SPSL the value per share works out to 72.95. To get the total no. of shares check out the shareholding pattern of Ajmera Realty. Total shares o/s as on 31MAR09 minus Total shares o/s as on 30JUN09...

Essar has bought over Shree precoated steel. Because of which the new listing which was expected on 30th / 31st July has not happened.
Does anyboidy have any update on what next on the SPS shares?

its been sold to Essar steel now, so the listing might not be in the lime light soon.
And Essar steel do not want to incur extra cost, so they might put pressure not to list it again, rather will ask us to surrender our shares at the acquisition cost.wait and watch philosophy now...
