vishal_bimalyou are in a big problem. now your auction rate will be very high and this stock has already touched sky. i think its better after auctioning you keep the stock for sometime. and your rate will be according to today`s rate. you can ask your broker at what price the auctioning will be done....

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009 inter alia, have taken the following decisions:
1. Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date were approved by the Shareholders.
2. Dividend @ 11% was approved. i.e. Rs. 1.10 per share.
3. Shri. Ishwarlal S. Ajmera was re-appointed as Director.
4. M/s. V. Parekh & Associates, Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as Auditors of the company.
5. Re-appointment of Shri. Chhotalal S. Ajmera as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years.
6. Re-appointment of Shri. Rajnikant S. Ajmera as a Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years.

First tell me, r u relative of Ajmera MD or what. Ajemra is biggest waste company. He taken all people money once with the name of spsl(shree procated) and he is again trying to grab the money from poor people with name of Ajmera. careful my dear investors. Don`t all this kind of people in stock market....
