Dear Boarders, Any idea why this stock is losing its momentum post announcement of joint venture with Ashmore. Thought the news will be a trigger for further upmove... Could you pls share expected target for this month end..?...

Ptc India Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated November 11, 2009 that: "PTC had raised Rs.500 Crores through QIP in May 2009 for, inter-alia, launching a third party Fund. In todays Board Meeting, the Ashmore group has been selected as a joint venture partner for formation of a Fund and other related entities. The term sheet for the same has been approved by the Board of PTC. The Fund Structure and Joint Venture Agreement etc. is under negotiation with the Joint Venture partner Ashmore for finalization"....

PTC India Ltd (PTC) has informed BSE that PTC had raised Rs. 500 Crores through QIP in May 2009 for, inter-alia, launching a third party Fund.

Further the Company has informed that in Board Meeting held on November 11, 2009, the Ashmore group has been selected as a joint venture partner for formation of a Fund and other related entities. The term sheet for the same has been approved by the Board of PTC.
