Public Holding Notification

There was a news item in yesterday`s ET about a notification being issued by Fin Min to increase public holding to minimum 25%. For companies that have less than 25% holdings they have asked them to increase it by 5% every year. So that means either OFSS complies with this or buys back everything. Knowing Larry, he would not part with his holdings....

Awaiting Result

1) Result are to be declared on 30th Oct
2) Last year post declaration of 3Q result the stock jumped 44.9% before cooling off.
3) 3Q Result are always the best result as compared to other Quater result.
4) Presently RSI is 67 which would not be a resistance to an upmove from here.
5)I am only wondering when we will have the Buy Back Offer.
6) Also i am anticipating that post result declaration this would atleast touch 2400 which was the last Buy Back offer from Oracle. Which would be 11.6% up from here.

the company has grown substantially in last 2 years since the 2,100 offer and the price target of Rs. 3169 from enam is conservative.

Oracle as a parent company is growing extremely strong and Oracle share also is on out-performer category.

I anticipate the buy-out offer should be over Rs. 3,000 category given that Rs. 3,169 as the target market price as per the analysts
