hawksplease search in google how many PATNI ADR equals indian shares and you will get your answer...also your calculation is backward. One ADR is 2 indian stock (not other way round), so you need to convert the ADR in stocks and then calculate % ownership putting converted ADR owned by Gen Atl as numerator and putting total outstanding shares as denominator...
