From the reliable sources it came to know that BSNL order is cancelled. New tender will be floated very soon.

Posted by : MMB MessengerSpanco Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 10, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a payment of Dividend of 5% i.e. Re 0.50 per Equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2008-09, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting....
Audited results for FY2009 were to be announced as on 10th July 2009.
Exchanges may receive Results update from company tomorrow. I am expecting NP of Rs.25 crores for full year.
NP for FY 2010 may further go down to Rs.18 crores because of downturn in overall economy.
Share price may see range of Rs.15/- to Rs.30/- in coming days if markets go down very sharply (in August 2009).
