we need all rounders and options in bowling bcoz our batting line up is always on paper we have never ever chase and won and neither we have contianed bowling first

becuase if captain does not play well, most of the brick bats he has to take. see saurav`s position. he is acclaimed to be a greatest captain,but when he started to perform poorly... everyone is against him.
the risk of being captain, is losing name and losing place permanently.. from the team.

my suggestion is to remove tendulkar from odi`s too as they have done with t20...
