JSL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2009, inter alia, has approved issuance of employee stock options under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP), subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing annual genial meeting, and the Board of Directors has constituted Compensation Committee to monitor the ESOP.
The Board has resolved the above in supersession of earlier resolution passed in its meeting held on July 22, 2008....

2nd Target also almost got achieved...yesterday touched intra day high of 66.60 on the higher side.

Well that was a technical call given at Rs 52, gave 20% approx return in just 2 week and as said above 62 it could again go up to 67.

Posted by : MMB MessengerJsl Limited has informed the Exchange that the company will be publishing the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 on or before June 30, 2009 i.e. within 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year. Hence the unaudited financial results for the 4th quarter will not be published within one month of the end of the quarter....
